2. Is GoldCityMall® website safe?

3. How can I place an order?
At GoldCityMall®, placing an order is a simple task.
Follow the below mentioned steps to place your order:
- Step 1: Add item(s) into your Shopping Cart.
Select the quantity of item If prompted.
Click on ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’ to add items to your cart.
- Step 2: Check out when item selection is completed.
Click the ‘View Cart’ icon on the navigation bar to review the item(s) in your cart. Once in your cart, you can make any modifications if necessary.
Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ when you are ready to place the order.
Otherwise, you can exit the cart page and continue shopping.
- Step 3: Sign In/Sign Up at GoldCityMall.
Click on the ‘Account’ icon on the navigation bar and opt for ‘Sign Up’ to register on GoldCityMall® with your email address. However, if you already have an account, click on ‘Sign In’.
- Step 4: Complete the Gifting, Shipping & Delivery and Payment section
Fill in the gifting details if your purchase is a gift.
Next, fill in your shipping details or choose ‘Pick up at Store’
Finally, complete the payment by choosing a payment method.

4. What currencies do you accept?
At GoldCityMall®, we accept Bahraini Dinar and well as Virtual Currency. For the latter, your virtual currency method must match with the jeweller you are purchasing from.
5. What is the Delivery Time of my order?
Your order will be shipped by merchants within (1-3) business days depending upon their shipping policy. You will receive a notification by email to track your order.
You will be contacted by us or by our delivery company partner on your phone number to confirm your order and arrange the delivery process. We will keep you updated about each stage of the order fulfilment.
6. What will be the delivery cost?
The delivery cost will be complementary (no charge).
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can return/exchange your order based on the jeweller’s return & exchange policy. If you wish to change or cancel your order, drop a mail to cservice.bh@goldcitymall.com. However, once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Can I add multiple items from different jewellers to my cart at a time?
Yes, you can! At GoldCityMall®, we provide you with a multi-cart service. Our platform segregates the items in your cart based on the jeweller so that you can easily checkout your favourite pieces from your selected jeweller.
9. What items can I purchase on GoldCityMall®?
You can purchase Gold, Silver, Diamond and Gemstone jewellery; and investment-grade bullion products from GoldCityMall®.
10. I want to buy jewellery at live international gold rate. Is it possible on GoldCityMall®?
Yes, it is! GoldCityMall.com® takes into consideration the live international rates to arrive at the selling price for gold jewellery items. We ensure price transparency and wish to cultivate an environment of trust between the customers and jewellers.

The option for ‘Try at Home’ depends on product you intend to purchase and the jeweller’s policy. For each product, the availability for ‘Try at Home’ is mentioned on the product detail page.
13. What search parameters and filters are available on GCM to facilitate the jewellery purchase?
GoldCityMall® has an extensive list of filters to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Filters present on the left-hand side of your screen on the product listing page are primary filters which will help you sort through all products listed on GoldCityMall.com®. Secondary filters will appear on the top of your page once you have selected the article.
